How do I display the department column?

 
  1. Choose Timecards from the navigation list.
  2. The Timecards tab will open with a list of employees.
  3. Select the menu icon at the top of the list.
  4. Select Group/Filter from the list, the User Preferences window will open.
  5. Choose the Columns tab.
  6. At the Details/Additional Columns select Department.  The column will be enabled when check shows in the box.
  7. Choose Save and Exit, the change will take effect immediately.
